Assess the week 2 min
Cross of any nights you know you won't be cooking. Condensing the week into which nights are available for cooking can help it feel more achievable.
2
Take stock2 min
Make a note of anything you want to use up at home. This can help guide any meal choice decisions.
3
Pick the slots3 min
Choose the same number of meal slots as nights available for cooking, and think of something in that category you'd want to cook. Your not assigning days to them so you still have flexibility in the week. If you're stuck on ideas check out the Go-To Weeknight Meals resource for inspiration.
4
Pantry check2 min
Cross-check your pantry status against the Base Ingredients Shopping List. Tick off what you have in stock already as well as select some protein and vegetable options to form the bulk of your grocery list for the week.
5
Set the intention 1 min
